For eligible French businesses, the acquisition of an original work by a living artist may qualify for a specific tax deduction under Article 238 bis AB of the French Tax Code, subject to statutory conditions.
For professional acquisitions, I can provide an Art Acquisition Pack including the invoice, Certificate of Authenticity, artwork and artist information, technical details and practical information relating to the display and fiscal requirements.
This makes the acquisition easier to document for the business and its accountant or tax adviser.
